Praying Together and Celebrating the Sacraments
Worshiping Together at Mass
We gather each Sunday at 10:30 AM for Mass at the Dandelion Collective at 3417 14th Street NW, Washington, DC 20010.
We welcome all believers and the curious to hear God’s Word and feast at God’s Table.
Many Ways to Pray
The Church remembers the call to pray always. We encourage each other to pray with Christians past through other forms of prayer, like the Liturgy of the Hours, praying the Rosary, Lectio Divina, the Examen and Spiritual Exercises, and many more. If you would like to join us or learn more please reach out to us at rectory@stjohnschesapeake.org.
Prayer through Service
Faith shines forth through our service to others. Our community partners with local non-profits and service organizations to lift up those in need and the rejected in our community.

God’s Grace for All – Celebrating the Sacraments
Our community also gathers together for the celebration of the Sacraments. The Sacraments are an integral part of life in the Church, we believe that each sacrament is open to people of faith regardless of their age, race, gender expression, sexual orientation, physical ability, and any ways that society divides the Children of God from each other.
As part of our Faith Formation Program, we also prepare those seeking the Sacraments. Click here to learn more about our Sacramental Preparation Program.

The Sacraments of the Church are:
• Baptism
• Eucharist
• Confirmation
• Reconciliation
• Anointing of the Sick
• Marriage
• Holy Orders
